Plaintiff 14 of 1977 argued that his case was not an allotment made between 1 2 1972 to 4 7 1977 but that it was a restoration of the allotment earlier than that period, thus leading to his trial in the Martial Law Order. 14 did not target the 1977 decision. The judgment was upheld by the appellate court under the exercise of jurisdiction granted by the trial court in favor of the plaintiff, and the appellate court upheld the decision which led to the allotment under Order 14 of the Martial Law. Was praised in 1977. The restoration of the resumption of loot is also included, while rejecting the review request, it is further observed that the order of restoration of the lot was not submitted to show that the Minister of State for Revenue of Revenue was a plaintiff.
