The civil servant was restored to the job. The civil servant continued to serve on his service saying that he could not be treated as such because of the period during which he was away from the job, so that the administration of the Solitaire had no justification for this. The servant may be terminated by a government employee without any fault because of the department's mistake which was regrettable and he has talked about the performance and good governance of the department concerned for leave in the appeal. The request was changed and the service tribunal's decision amended and authorities were ordered to pay. A government employee was allowed to appeal salaries for the relevant period
