M. ASGHAR versus ADDITIONAL DISTRICT JUDGE
Section 22A & 22B Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Illegal Appeal Sue is charged with filing a petition that respondents with deadly weapons were criminally abused in her home, Injured and carrying golden jewelry and cash, the applicant was Rs 20,000 and requested that he move the application for registration of the case, but no action was taken against the respondents to whom the petition was filed. To which the applicant further stated that he has moved the petition under Section 22A & 22BCPC before the Sessions Judge. According to the police report, the FIR was registered before the Additional Sessions Judge under the Criminal Procedure for Adultery (Enforcement Hood) Ordinance 1979 under which a petition was filed against the petitioning party. The case was registered and the applicant's charges were declared baseless and he submitted the petition. Applicant may file an appeal against the suit filed against him as a counter-complaint. A private complaint to respond to his complaint against the respondents, if advised that the constitutional request has been dealt with accordingly.
