PAKISTAN RAILWAYS, HEADQUARTERS OFFICE, LAHORE THROUGH CHAIRMAN versus BORDER AREA ALLOTMENT COMMITTEE, LAHORE THROUGH CHAIRMAN
Paras 9, 10 and 15 of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Arts 184 (1) (2) and 1991 under the High Court owned by the High Court disputed the land between the Federal Government and the Provincial Government Border Area Committee. The federal government's ownership of the order of the Provincial Government, approved by the Gaya Border Area Committee, was accepted by the Federal High Court with constitutional jurisdiction, in which case the dispute of justification arose as to which government. The owner of the disputed property, it has come under the scope. Under Article 184 (1) (2) of the Constitution Border Area Committee, the special jurisdiction of the Supreme Court, which was constituted by the Provincial Government, cannot be ruled by the Committee. The same grant was announced in the constitutional issue. In view of the exception to Article 184 (1), the High Court's jurisdiction was also dismissed. A theft of the Constitution High Court also refused to investigate the matter, under which the petition was dealt with.
