Regulations 6 and 21 Civil Procedure Code (v. 1908), Section 20 (c) Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitutional Application Request for Issuance of Interim Registration Certificate to Regional Scope Principles, Request for Issuance of Temporary Registration Certificate, Pakistan Medical The petitioner challenged the denial through a constitutional petition that the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council operates in Islamabad and the college from which the applicant has his graduation located in Islamabad. The medical university, which belongs to the college, was reportedly from Karachi. The reason for this was the applicant's action in Islamabad because the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council, which refused to issue a temporary registration certificate, was located in Islamabad. In the Balochistan High Court of Quetta, the jurisdictional jurisdiction was not necessary, provided the CPC could claim an appropriate writ from a High Court which was to be fully or partially a court of proceedings within the territorial limits. See, in the present case, the biggest objection to filing a constitutional petition was that the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council had the applicant's eligibility registration, which was based in Islamabad, while the medical university that inspected the applicant. According to the constitution, the petition filed in the Karachi Balochistan High Court was not enforceable due to the proceedings in any case in Islamabad. \ r \ n
