Notification No. 152 JOB 1 (5) / VI E 28 dated 24 4 1997 The High Court issued that only senior civil judges in the province can hear crimes as environmental magistrates and not as a judicial magistrate who is presently prosecuted. I was told about the notification that the notification revealed that senior civil judges in the province can only commit criminal offenses. n As a Environmental Magistrate, the Judicial Magistrate passed by Special Judicial Magistrate under Section 17 of the Pakistan Environmental Protection Ordinance, 1997, it was without jurisdiction as he was not a Senior Civil Judge and was unable to deal with such matters. Were both authorized by the Special Judicial Constitutional application permit. By the magistrate and the Additional Sessions Judge, in order to approve an application without jurisdiction under section 133, the CCP shall be deemed to be pending before the relevant Senior Civil Judge cum Judicial Magistrate who shall decide on the merits.
