At the same time, the admission of the Admiralty justice system had to meet the minimum standards of natural justice by giving the President of Pakistan an opportunity to hear, and to consider the facts of the matter and to make a reasonable decision on the application of the law. In any case or in any event, the President should be disgusted and separated from him, which was not the case in the present case. Through the memo, the controversial orders of President Pakistan were made illegal and unlawful by the High Court. Was declared legal. The representation under consideration will be considered pending and after the parties have been given appropriate notice and opportunity of hearing, the decision will be made again according to law. \ r \ n
