The order to grant the grant was against the trial court's order under which the defendant's request for the grant of bail was rejected, without the approval of the law because under section 497, the accused's bail was granted under the legal provisions. At the time of the sentencing of CRPC, Section 497 was repealed under the legal provisions of CRPC. Under the trial, the accused took advantage of the right to bail as there was no further bail on the legal bail, the accused by the Shariah court.
