R4 and 18 (g) Service (Special Powers) Ordinance (XVII of 2000), Section 3 Service Tribunals Act (LXX of 1973), Sections 2A and 4 Removal of Service (Utility Stores Corporation of Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd removed its employees from employment under the provisions of the Service (Special Powers) Ordinance 2000). The order to dismiss them without notice without cause has been suspended. Earlier, the service tribunal allowed the appeals filed by the employees and directed the corporation under sections 2A and 4 of the Service Tribunals Act 1973 Under the Utility Stores Corporation of Pakistan (Private) Limited Service Rules 1981, the validity corporation failed to prove that the retrenchment procedure required by the corporation was adopted by the employees. Removal from the job was neither in the law nor justified in facts, nor was the principle of LIFO applied, instead employees were discriminated against. Although the corporation's financial difficulties were argued before the Supreme Court, there is no document to confirm it. The corporation was cited for failing to make the necessary amendments to the Utility Stores Corporation of Pakistan (Private) Limited Service Rules 1981 and the current simplicity was not a matter of omission, in the judgment field of all observations made by the service tribunal.
