The complainant, through his affidavit, supported his statement that he had given the effect to the competent authority that he had lodged his complaint against someone else, not against the appellant. The circumstances were declared a wrongdoing, which was not committed by him. The dismissal order was set aside against the appellant and it was directed to reinstate him in the same position. From which he was removed from the job with all returning benefits
