The day was not signed, and the Presiding Officer, was cleared. File 2 is due on 12 2003, and will, therefore, have to run from then on. On appeal, the accuracy was sought by the High Court, a record for certification, but for that reason much assistance cannot be given, however, to the presiding officer, cannot be denied. Decided to issue an order on 1911 2003, but it later imposed that order and signed it in 2 12 2003, the next day, the copy was provided to the applicants in the High Court, while Refusal to inquire, which may include recording of statements by the Presiding Officer and other court staff, applies the probability rule,
