The man, who was addicted to drugs, demanded the accused and the accused; that on the day of the incident, the deceased demanded money from his wife as well and on refusing to pay the money, he fired a pistol. And told that he committed suicide, fired a pistol at his own person which hurt him. On his back; his sister and the victim's wife were taken to the hospital, but on the way he died without bringing any injuries, and his father fought the accused on his return from another city and without realizing the facts.
