The accused was charged with committing the murder of the record that at the time of the confession, the co-accused was empty-handed and did not suffer any injury, nor did the complainant of the incident know about the attacker. There was no doubt who fired the fatal shot, therefore, there was no benefit to the suspect, who was particularly injured in the fatal injury where the firearm hit the victim's chest and caused life-threatening damage. ? Injuries to the aforementioned areas and subsequent non-repetition of the said act were hardly the result of the attacker's determination of the amount of punishment by the Supreme Court. The complainant was sentenced to life imprisonment under the appeal and High Court verdict and the accused was sentenced to death under Section 302 (b), PPC. Ordered by a trial court
