Sections 30 (2) and 50 (1) (XIX) of the Law Development Authority (Colonies) (Appeal and Revision) Rules, 1973 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitutional Request for and Closing Deal Review Options Jurisdiction Contracting Land Purchased Under the Fixed Price Scheme under Section 30 (2) of the Development Authority Act 1949, the original buyers were compiled on 29 6 1960 but due to not submitting the final installment, the authorities approved the resumption of the land. On the buyers' appeal, the resale order was put aside and the original buyers were allowed to submit the final installment. They did not submit, which they submitted on 31 5 197 1977, the original buyers asked for the default concession which, after submission in 124 1983, the authorities approved gave the full price of the sale to the original buyers, proprietary rights. Gone, the sponsorship process was filed in their favor and the original name changed and the nail buyers were confirmed. The original buyers subsequently sold the disputed land to the applicants. The order approved by the authorities on 12 198 1983 was reviewed on 30 198 1988 and the land was approved by the Board of Revenue in the jurisdiction of the review that was canceled. There was no provision for land development. The Authority Act, 1949, or the Thousand Development Authority (Colonies) (Appeal and Revision) Rules, 1973, which authorized the authorities to review the order passed in their predecessor's office with the authority to review the order dated 12 4 1983.
