Following a contempt of court petition against the defendants in the plaintiff's case for breach of order, the plaintiff also filed a petition before the Justice of Peace under Section 22A & 22B, CCPC, which asked the police. The report was summoned and dismissed the application as baseless. On the basis that the plaintiff tried to file a criminal case against the defendants, when he had also filed a contempt of court petition, the police officer did not confirm in his report that the bus of ice was pending. Noting that the plaintiff had already filed a contempt of court petition for violation of the injunction, which would face punitive consequences, against the accused by the accused. The allegations will have to be investigated for fact, which is not possible. The constitutional application filed by the High Court in its constitutional jurisdiction under Article 199 of the Constitution was excluded accordingly.
