ATHAR TAHIR, SECRETARY TRANSPORT, GOVERNMENT OF PUNJAB versus MAHMOOD GHAZNAVI
Section 22A (8) (g) and 20D Complaint was filed before the Full Bench of the Complaints Commission filed by the employees against the District Manager Road Transport Corporation for allegedly unfair labor practices against employees. In which the defendant was not made a party, the single accepted it. On the eve of the hearing, the Commission's former parties' bench as the district manager was absent. The respondent employee also filed a petition for contempt of court order and contempt of court while the petitioners filed contempt petition before the single bench. Transfer request removed. Claiming that he was not a party to the original complaint filed by the defendant in which the previous part order was approved and the only district manager was the respondent, the appellants in the petition requested that the contempt of court be appealed against them. Neither competent nor capable. There is no evidence claimed to be based on this original pre-order, it was invalid and not responsible for enforcement. A preliminary complaint was filed against the corporation's district manager and a previous injunction was approved, in which case, action should have been taken against the district manager and not against him. Appeals, which were not parties to the proceedings, is the priority of the respondents or their lawyer, who said in the complaint request that the district manager be able to provide relief to the respondents and their two accomplices. Otherwise the respondent could not prove any action. An unfair practice process against a district manager, who is in charge of the commission's jurisdiction
