Plaintiff's failure to recover a contract and compensation bond based on the execution of Article 115 and the XLI, R33 Law of Martyrs (10 of 1984), Arts 17 (2) (a) and 79 I failed to prove such documents. The reasons were ignored altogether. , The appellate court did not decide the issue of violation of the parameters set by the Supreme Court, therefore, the material allegedly illegal and irregular was upheld by the High Court, and consequently, the appellate court, Appeals for the decision will be considered pending. The law was enacted in the Madan Gopal case PLD 1969 SC 617
