These respondents were to file an appeal to the competent service tribunal within the stipulated period; the High Court accepted the constitutional request, responding to the Labor Appellate Tribunal, granting a non-binding order passed by the Labor Appellate Tribunal without legal authority. Appeals filed by reporters rejected.
