Land T had distributed according to the records and recognized shares of the parties. Title was not affected. Or the applicant's objection was that the gurdwara could not be appointed to determine the mode of distribution under section 150 of the Land Revenue Act 1967 and that there was illegality as a whole in such proceedings.
