Adding and summoning the accused to sections 333 and 9 accused9, only six accused were named in the FIR and as per the report under section 737373, the CCPC applicants were summoned. And they were placed in the column not in column number 2. Under No. 3 of the challan order under which the applicants were summoned, the applicants verified the authenticity, even the accused, who was found innocent and released by the police. May be summoned to run because the case was not canceled. No 2 of the challan can be summoned so that the applicants can be nominated in the FIR; the trial court rightly exercised its authority to summon the applicants, requesting a review of it.
