Section 15 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) discloses personal need to the tenant, the widow below the landlady premises for the courts to use their own son from the final result of the fact. The order of eviction application and withdrawal against the tenants was upheld by the appellate court and the high court, as well as the evidence of the landlord through the High Court, which he filed for eviction of the tenants.
