The subcommittee expired, therefore, the recommendation for registration of pesticides by the subcommittee was illegal. The Federal Government may constitute the Technical Advisory Committee on Agricultural Pesticides, including the Chairman, Vice Chairman and other members, under the provisions of Section 12 (1) of the Agriculture Pesticide Ordinance 1971.
