IJAZ-UD-DIN versus THE STATE
In section 9 (a) (c) criminal code of conduct (v. 1898), the defendant was charged with destroying the remainder of Section 516 drug that 20 kilograms of hashish was recovered from his possession, 20 grams of the drug. Recovery was sent to the Chemical Examiner by the Assistant Director / Inspector Anti-Narcotic Force on the application filed under Section 516A, CCPC, to eliminate the remaining drug, and the remaining 19 980kg was to abolish the special judge, directed to issue notices to the accused on another application of the anti-narcotic force to serve the accused or his lawyer. Without giving effect, the court briefed the hearing date and the order passed to destroy the crime property and in the absence of the accused and his lawyer, he was terminated.
