ABAIDULLAH versus SESSIONS JUDGE, JHANG
Section 302 was formed with the consent of the parties determining the age of the accused medical board established under the orders of the Section 7 Trial Court, XVII of 2000 (XXII of 2000), which consisted of five doctors, including a radiologist. The age of the accused was 21 years to 22 years. According to the medical report, the age of the accused was between 19/20 years in the date of the incident and even if one year's margin was given then it was discovered between 18/19 years. The Sessions Court affidavit affirmed the entries in the berth register of the accused and consequently the accused was declared to be above 18 years of age.
