Article 199 Constitution Petition Lux Standish Petitioner suspends the gas use bill issued by the gas company on the basis that the new slab formula was applied to the said bill and was not guaranteed under the law, The company claims that only after the public notice was issued and after considering and dealing with several objections, a new slab formula was adopted and applied to the bills. And the applicant failed to respond to the aforementioned public notices and at this stage had no objection that the gas connection was in the name of another user and not the applicant, there was no locus standi in the applicant's constitutional petition. And it was stopped by himself. Accordingly, the constitutional petition was dismissed
