ABDUL HANAN ALIAS ABDUL MANAN versus HAJI MUHAMMAD AKRAM PERACHA
Authorities of the Commonwealth Settlement, which vacated the title of Article 42 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3), allotted the vacated property to various persons, including a common thoroughfare, and no person was transferred. The same case was not resolved. The trial court's decision and decision to use the suit as filed by the respondents was rejected, with the appellate court deciding the trial court's pending jurisdiction under the amended jurisdiction of the trial court and Orders retained. The decision was made by the Board of Revenue earlier, declaring approval for various sections of the property as normal. The Board of Revenue's finding was upheld by the Supreme Court.
