ABDUL HANAN ALIAS ABDUL MANAN versus HAJI MUHAMMAD AKRAM PERACHA

The trial court's decision and decision to use the suit as filed by the respondents was rejected, with the appellate court deciding the trial court's pending jurisdiction under the amended jurisdiction of the trial court and Orders retained. The decision was made by the Board of Revenue earlier, declaring approval for various sections of the property as normal. The Board of Revenue's finding was upheld by the Supreme Court.
