The applicant said that the previous occupation of the parties was not taken into account by the authorities, while affecting stability, the applicant of the consolidation was benefited from stability and there was no reduction in his entitlement, rather than terms. I was raised more than 12 times according to the constitutional jurisdiction. The Class 1 High Court had rightly rejected the applicant's request for allotment of land of his choice. The question was decided by the Revenue Authority and High. There was no illegal interference by the judge in the courtroom chamber. Appeal denied
