The net was widely circulated for allegedly possessing a registered Nika detainee of the kidnapper who allegedly arranged his marriage with another man because of the alleged abduction of the accused. The recipient was not claimed. In the Family Court, the issue of marriage credibility is pending on the police file and the marriage issues between the parties should be resolved by the Family Court and not the police had taken different stand on various forums during the alleged abduction investigation. At times in support of and against the allegations, which itself created suspicion in the prosecution's story and made the case further investigated, the defendant's pre-arrest bail was granted bail.
