Section 13 (6) An oral agreement to sell the landlord in favor of the tenant by the landlord in control of the landlord's rent refusal to collect the rent under section 13 (6) of the Ordinance 1959, West Pakistan. It was passed along with the orders that the tenant be first settled on an oral contract before the appropriate forum. The rent controller had approved the eviction order against the tenant on failure to comply with the rent submission order and the tenant. The constitutional petition filed by the Appellate Court and the High Court was rejected, respectively. So that it can be heard in support of its competence
