The dispute was that either the Sessions Judge in charge should be instructed to record the decision in this case or the matter should be transferred to another Additional Sessions Judge as the case has been concluded and the complainant has filed the prosecution case. Is not supported because the parties had agreed outside the case, the court and the accused only to announce the verdict. While moving around, the case was transferred to another Additional Sessions Judge who will hear the case according to law.
