Sections 10 (2) and 16 of the Constitutional Code (XLV of 1860), Section 109 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitutional application in which a court went from court to divorce with her husband, was left to another. Along with the wife, was being subjected to an illegal blackmailing tactic, three months before the FIR registration explicitly denied filing a lawsuit, oppression and coercion to dissolve the marriage. Had reported that the current action was being carried out by the informant and the local police had taken criminal action. The petitioner and others were prosecuted with the stated purpose and in response to the petitioner's request for divorce who did not want to remain with the informant, in fact his illegal desires were victimized by the law. The process was abusive. As such, the disclosure and the FIR as well as subsequent proceedings were terminated accordingly.
