Section 9 (c) of the definition of evidence, the lack of evidence, the opening of the storeroom and the boxes contained in it were recovered from the possession of the evidence which was in their possession. The suspect did not deny the recovery of the drug during the search, but his plea was that it had no connection. Their suspect could not explain how they had the keys that contained the most complex evidence against them.
