MST. IQBAL BIBI AND OTHERS versus NAZIRAN BIBI AND 6 OTHERS
Section 42 of the West Pakistan Stability Holdings Ordinance (VI 1960), Section 26 Civil Code of Conduct (V8 1908), section 115 of the joint estate under the jurisdiction to declare suit were shown in the special possession of the plaintiff during the stabilization proceedings. Decisions and orders of evidence were set aside and the plaintiffs' lawsuit was ordered in addition to the claims
