Arts 199 and 201 General Clauses Act (X of 1897), Section 24 A controversial petitioner filed a constitutional petition and the High Court issued some directions in this matter, challenging such order of the High Court before the High Forum. The instructions issued by the petitioner were not complied with by the court in filing another constitutional petition by the petitioner. Earlier, the directive on the accuracy of the constitutional petition was binding on the applicant and the public activist was obliged to decide on the representation of the citizens for which the constitutional application was accepted in the circumstances.
