DIRECTOR, PUNJAB EMPLOYEES SOCIAL SECURITY INSTITUTIONS, MULTAN AND OTHERS versus MONNOWAL TEXTILE MILLS LTD. AND OTHERS
Section 23 (1) of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Arts 25 and 185 (3) issuing notices to the employer demanding the increase of students to the appellant (employer) because such demand was made by the employer. Exempt from discrimination, which was not addressed. The appeal filed by the appellant was approved by the High Court against the first demand notice issued under section 23 (1) of the Provincial Employees / Social Security Institution Ordinance, 1965. Such an act by the institution was a violation of Article 25 of the Constitution. Committed illegality in treating appellants in the same manner as those presented to other employers in similar circumstances.
