MUSHTAQ AHMED versus STATE

Section 497 (2) of the Conduct Rule (XLV of 1860), Section 489F shamelessly issuing a check bail, further inquiry FIR grants that the accused has been arrested in the background of some crop purchase business case. C's trial and the progression of a crime with which he was charged did not fall under the prohibition clause of section 497, the accused's CCP bail was granted and he was admitted on bail.
