GHULAM ABBAS versus DISTRICT JUDGE, JHANG AND 10 OTHERS
Sections 24 (1) and (2) of the Constitution of Pakistan, 1973 (1973), by the pre-occupation of the possession of the Article 199 constitutional petition, were dismissed by the trial court under section 24 (2) of the Punjab Prevention Act 1991. The constitutional petition was filed by the applicant and it was stated that the trial was ordered Be declared illegal and outlawed.
