GHULAM ABBAS versus DISTRICT JUDGE, JHANG AND 10 OTHERS
Sections 24 (1) and (2) of the Constitution of Pakistan, 1973 (1973), by the pre-occupation of the possession of the Article 199 constitutional petition, were dismissed by the trial court under section 24 (2) of the Punjab Prevention Act 1991.
