Array 39 and 70 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) of the ballot papers, which was not presented to the Presiding Officer Election Tribunal after submitting the documents, it was estimated that 52 ballot papers. Has been rightly justified. Respondents' double stamps were not tolerated at the preliminary count by the presiding officer and double stamps were placed on the cell before the cover was made because the applicants again complained about the nature of the error in their request. A count was requested. If the double stamps were taken into consideration by the polling agents and there was any truth to this, they would have objected to the same and informed applicants, who should have included such fact in the application, if not 11 ballot papers. Had it been, the respondents would have won by a margin of 3 votes. The Supreme Court dismissed the petition and refused to appeal, forcing the counting stamps in his favor.
