NAZAR ABBAS versus THE STATE
Constitution302 (1973), Article 185 (3) of the Constitution of Pakistan, the accused stated that he would not challenge the merits of this case and accused the defendant of murder merely for denying the plea for reduction of his sentence. It was an act of anxiety. In order to make the relationship his custom, the accused failed to prove that he was the High Court at the time of committing the crime, denied the accused less punishment, reduced the sentence by the accused.
