The incident was never reported to the complainant, who filed an FIR through the relevant witness and it appears that during the course of the investigation under some legal advice in this part of the prosecution, the agency merely prosecuted the prosecutor's case. The prosecution case was created to reinforce but the accused was acquitted on charges
