Section 497 (2) of the Complaints Regulation (XLV of 1860), section 302/34 murder, proceedings by several persons in the guise of joint intention, bail, further investigation of three versions, was the case of the first version complainant. According to the FIR, it was alleged that two unidentified suspects saw him and the other four witnesses who left after they committed the murder. The second version was a private complaint by the complainant, about two months after the incident, with the statement against the victim's wife saying that he and the other four witnesses fired at the victim's wife for committing his murder. The third version was a private complaint by the father against the accused, the co-accused and the deceased's wife's nephew, along with the claim that the co-accused had opened fire on the victim's skull, and during the interrogation by the co-accused.
