Such evidence produced by property dealers as to the property of the city was not contradicted by Premter V. The Nodis had established their case through documentary documents as well as oral evidence that the suit property was not agricultural land at the time of sale and Decisions and Revenue Authorities, as well as orders passed by the Board of Revenue, were set aside and litigated. The rejection of the constitutional application was accordingly allowed
