The North West Frontier Province Bar Council's jurisdiction under Section 41 of the Legal Practitioners and Bar Council Council Act 1973, and the rules made thereunder, were limited not only to professional misconduct but also to an Advocate's other style. Practices were also viable. Not only the conduct of the profession in the jurisdiction of the Bar Council, but also if it was remotely associated with the legal profession of an advocate, it would also fall under the purview of Section 4I of the Legal Practitioners and Bar Councils Act, 1973.
