Section A3A and Reg 54 Registration Act (XVI of 1908), Sections 17 and 49 Civil Procedure Code (v. 1908), Section 115 removes the applicant's claim that the claim was previously non- Announcement Sales Owner of the property upon receipt of the sale. He said that the appeal made by the applicant following the unregistered process was also dismissed by the court after going through the evidence and after finding out that the claim sold by the applicant was a fake and fake document. Additionally, no credible evidence was presented by the Applicant High Court on which the amending jurisdiction took place. The amended jurisdiction refused to interfere with the conclusions of the courts because the evidence was properly appreciated by them.
