Section A3A and Reg 54 Registration Act (XVI of 1908), Sections 17 and 49 Civil Procedure Code (v. 1908), Section 115 removes the applicant's claim that the claim was previously non- Announcement Sales Owner of the property upon receipt of the sale. On the basis of section 454 of the Transfer Property Act 1882 and Sections 17 and 49 of the Registration Act, 1908, the defendant's registered salead for the same property court has found that no title can be claimed by the applicant. He said that the appeal made by the applicant following the unregistered process was also dismissed by the court after going through the evidence and after finding out that the claim sold by the applicant was a fake and fake document. Additionally, no credible evidence was presented by the Applicant High Court on which the amending jurisdiction took place. The amended jurisdiction refused to interfere with the conclusions of the courts because the evidence was properly appreciated by them.
