Estacode's provision on page 309 is that a person on the job can take full advantage of services and pensions, even if the High Court has overlooked the relevant provisions of the Islamic Union. The Bahawalpur Officers (Appointment) Rules, 1977, and the consequent lack of service of the respondents, could not be conclusively ruled out that it did not have the effect of terminating the dispute in any way.
