MUHAMMAD AMJAD versus SUPERINTENDENT OF POLICE
RR 4 (1) (b), 6 and 7 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 213 (3) abolished misconduct by the police constable placed on physical remand at the police station for unnatural crime at night. The Govt employee confessed to his crime before the Section HO and apologized for the removal of the civil servant from the job after the dissatisfaction with his oral and written explanations given in response to the notice of notice. Sentenced, the service tribunal dismissed the appeal of a public servant, whose actions have brought the department a bad name. The public employee's opinion was that the case was wrong and that he was found guilty without regular investigation.
