Section 13 and 6 Preparation of Postman Suits for Pre-Occupation of Students Ashdad was dismissed concurrently by the exploitation of Locksmith's failure to appear, as the postman was not presented as a witness by the plaintiff. Based on the available records, it was established that the plaintiff did not present the postman to substantiate the written performance of Ashdad, so he did not prove the proper performance of the absconding Ashdad and he was a premature injunction. The appeal was dismissed
