Sections 397, 369 and 561 of the A Penal Code (XLV of 1860), Section 365 A / 34 were passed in two separate cases, and the accused pleaded guilty to each other. 34, PPC filed a case against the accused and after about four and a half months the accused kidnapped other persons for the purpose of ransom and filed a case against the accused under section A A5A / under 34. The PPC was later tried, in which the accused was convicted and sentenced to prison. The accused was later convicted in the first case and sentenced to life imprisonment. The accused filed a petition demanding that he be ordered to run along with the previous sentence under Section 397, CR PC, after his conviction.
