Was dealt by because the matter falls under the jurisdiction of the parties as it recognizes the right of the parties. The outcome of the judicial determination cannot be overlooked or ignored by the Appellate Amendment Forum, whereby the Executive Disposition Order, approved by the Board of Revenue, was set aside and provided for all parties to have a hearing. The matter was subsequently remanded to the Board. Allowed accordingly
